Normally after nearly an hour lying flat on a massage table, I would be so seized up,, But this time after our session there was no tension lying there, I was not in pain!!!!! And I could almost spring off the table!!!
It also doesn’t stop there, not only is the pain in my back gone after 17 years but my energy levels are so much higher!!!! its an amazing change in my life!

I had my first session with Estelle at a Mind, Body and Spirit event and immediately felt a calming effect and at ease in her company.
I have since had some sessions for Regression and Hypnotherapy experiencing deep relaxation techniques which have really helped me to overcome some pent up anger, trauma, tension and anxiety and I now feel much more able to "let things go".
Estelle has a natural calming effect and a wonderfully soothing voice that brings peace and relaxation. She really listens without judgement and takes time to make the sessions unique to taylor your needs.

I took part in a regression therapy session which I found really healing but also so fascinating! I discovered some aspects in my past life that affect me now such as repeating relationship ties, as well as unexplained pain. Estelle was great at leading the sessions and I felt safe throughout. I left the session with a better understanding of some aspects of myself, as well as feeling much lighter energetically .

Estelle has a lovely secure space where she does Hypnotherapy and past life therapy. It is welcoming and cosy, a place where I felt safe and comfortable.
At the start of each session, she put me at my ease as we chatted about what was going on in my life at that moment including emotions and feelings that I considered needed exploring. I felt seen, heard and listened to. Together we agreed the focus for each session.
The hypnotherapy and past life work itself was amazing. I felt safe throughout – even when some deep issues needed to emerge and be dealt with. Estelle was alongside me the whole time and sensitively encouraged and supported me at all times.
At the end of each session, we talked about some of the issues that had needed to be addressed and then Estelle not only recounted the outline of the session journey but gave me the chance to set affirmations for the short and longer future taking the session into account.
By the end of each session, I felt a sense of completion, peace and overall wellbeing. Estelle had a knack of ensuring that even after dealing with negative emotions I was able to walk away feeling positive.
