
Experiential Sound & Guided Meditation Sessions
Our sessions combine guided meditation with immersive sound to create a calm, reflective, and grounding experience. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gong, and native flute, along with individually delivered guided meditation via headphones, participants are invited to rest, listen, and notice their own inner experience. Sound is used intentionally to support relaxation and presence, not as a therapeutic intervention.
What to Expect
Participants are welcome to bring their own mat or hire one on-site, (please add this option on the booking page). Please also bring a blanket, pillow, and water to drink for comfort during the session. Your comfort, autonomy, and choice are central to this experience. You can adjust the volume on your headset, your position or step out at any time. Participants typically lie down on the floor but if you prefer to be seated then a chair can be provided.

They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or sound therapy, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
Participation is voluntary, and you are encouraged to listen to your own needs. Sound and guided meditation are supportive, experiential elements, not therapeutic interventions.

Sound experiences can sometimes bring emotions to the surface, which is a natural part of the process. However, I am a trained therapist, and should any issue arise during the session, I will be available to discuss it at the end.

These sessions are not appropriate if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy, and if you are in later stages, have a medical condition, or are currently under medical or mental health care, please consult your healthcare provider before attending.

The focus of these women's retreat is to foster deeper connection with the self and other women. Using sound, guided meditation and somatic techniques we will explore our inner worlds and connect inward to our hearts with love and compassion.
Immerse yourself in soothing sounds and surrender to the healing vibrations of drum, flute and crystal bowls, rest, relax and reset as you journey inward and be transported into a state of deep relaxation. This in-person events are the perfect opportunity to take a break from the stress and exhaustion of daily life and focus on your wellbeing. why not join us and allow yourself to recharge your mind, body, and soul!
Please bring something comfortable to lie on and something to support your head, a blanket and anything else that will keep you cosy.
