Regression Therapy
What is Regression Therapy?
In Regression Therapy, the Therapist guides us into altered states of awareness where we can access, examine, resolve and ultimately heal conflict and trauma from our past and current lives . These past traumas can unconsciously affect our mental, emotional and physical health . Chronic pain, headaches or maybe feeling stuck or weighed down etc may be rooted in childhood trauma or it could stem from trauma in other lives.
Regression Therapy works with the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual residues from our past which often times present as current life issues. Regression therapy involves healing and transforming these past traumas leaving us able to gain healing, forgiveness, mental freedoms and new perspectives.
Current Life Regression
Sometimes we can’t put our finger on it , we can’t quite connect to why we are so scared of something of find something so challenging and it seems inexplicable or irrational, often things that are challenging us in current life including fears, phobias, relationship difficulties, a general anxiety began earlier in our lives, maybe as far back as early childhood.
In a safe and supportive way using different techniques such as body therapy and inner child healing I can help you to explore the source of these fears, patterns and behaviours whether they are presenting physically mentally or emotionally. Together and in a safe way we can transform these memories and create new positive beliefs and behaviours leading to wellness, and a more peaceful and relaxed state of being.
Past Life Regression
Just as we experience relationships in our current lives we will have experienced it in past lives and we may have unresolved issues with someone we know in our current life who we knew in a different capacity in another life.
In a safe and held space using many different therapeutic techniques I can help you to explore and heal conflict from past lives you have lived.
Unresolved issues and patterns from past lives can seep through into our current life and cause unwelcome feelings and behaviours, together we can work through and resolve these issues to create lasting positive changes in your life.
How many sessions will I need?
Often issues can be cleared in a single session, but things are more complex, more sessions might be necessary.
Is it confidential ?
Yes absolutely, I work to a code of ethics and to professional standards. I am registered under the Data Protection Act (See Privacy Policy for details).
Everything that is said within a Regression Therapy session is completely confidential and will not be shared unless in exceptional circumstances where it is suspected that a client is at serious risk of harm to themselves or another.
Where will it be?
Your session will be held in our tranquil loft room at The Retreat New Forest. Where you will be able to relax and have refreshments at the Crow Spotter cafe or take a peaceful walk around the grounds before or after your session.
