I am a Certified Hypnotherapist and Regression Therapist based in Southampton, England, with a deep interest in the mind–body connection and the power of inner transformation.
My journey into this work began in my forties, during a time of profound personal change. As an adoptee, I set out to find my biological family, an experience that surfaced a complex range of emotions and questions. It was through navigating this deeply personal process that I was drawn to therapy myself.
In the midst of that healing journey, I discovered hypnotherapy and regression therapy, and the impact they had on my life was nothing short of transformative. As I worked through unresolved patterns and limiting beliefs, I began to witness powerful shifts within myself. The changes I experienced were not only lasting but life affirming and they sparked a genuine passion for this work.
I fell in love with the process of hypnosis and regression, not just for the insight it offers, but for the way it reconnects us to our own inner wisdom and potential. My inner landscape was unquestionably transformed, and it is now my privilege to guide others through their own journeys of healing, clarity, and renewal.

- Hypnotherapy for anxiety, stress, phobias, chronic pain and building confidence
- Regression Therapy to uncover root causes of emotional and behavioural patterns
- Inner Child Therapy for healing trauma, attachment issues, and low self-esteem
- Past Life Regression for insight, spiritual growth, and personal transformation
- Hypno-Menopause to help manage menopause symptoms
In addition to therapeutic work, I also offer Thai Yoga Massage, a gentle, meditative bodywork practice that supports deep release and energetic alignment. Whether through touch or dialogue, my approach is grounded in compassion, presence, and a belief in the body and mind's innate ability to heal.
